What do you like best about Hired? The Account Managers do a great job of uploading the jobs for you and inputting the search strings which I can then tweak as I see fit. What do you dislike about Hired? It doesn't cater to all industries i.e. lack of Data Engineer professionals. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Great for market insight which I can provide to hiring managers.

What do you like best about Hired? Ability to screen candidates based on extensive filter searches (Facets on the left that can be easily turned ON and OFF). Ability to turn off name and gender of candidates is great too! It helps me with my pre-conceived biases and look at the profile more objectively. What do you dislike about Hired? Sometimes if we end a process on Lever and are yet to speak to a candidate, hired will tell a candidate before we do, this would be great to change! What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Tech hiring is tough, but Hired makes it a bit easier.

Responses from candidates are much more likely because they are motivated. The depth of the profile for the candidates is incredibly useful, ESPECIALLY targeted compensation.
