"Great high end tech talent pool"

What do you like best about Hired? The fact that candidates are truly active in the market and highly responsive to interview requests. What do you dislike about Hired? Some of the search functionality can be improved and possibly tools to collaborate better wtih hiring managers on profiles. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing an active talent pool to source from that is not a black hole. There is competition for candidates but it is not overwhelming.

"Reliable Sourcing Tool"

What do you like best about Hired? Hired.com is the best tool for organizations looking to diversify their sourcing toolkit. It's been an excellent substitute for us as we've recently offboarded third-party agency partners. Hired.com provides the cream of the crop talent that actively engages in conversations with our TA team to determine a fit. The platform is user-friendly, and top talent is added regularly. What do you dislike about Hired? The one drawback is a higher decline rate by ...

"One of the most efficient and quality over quantity platform I have used!"

What do you like best about Hired? Hired has a set of candidates who are already on the top tier (more like a filtered set of quality candidates). One of the best thing I appreciate about Hired is the transperancy and responsiveness which helps in understanding the right timeline for the candidate and placing them at the right level from the beganning of the process which makes it time efficient. What do you dislike about Hired? Although the product features and search filters are amazing, ...

"Solid choice for hiring needs"

What do you like best about Hired? Found a good candidate. Hired is great at encourage candidates to reply quickly. Makes the entire process very simple. Very expensive though in my opinion. But worth it if you can't find talent What do you dislike about Hired? Very expensive and if you don't find someone for a particular role, it's unlikely their database will change. They also seem to have a bifurcated group of individuals — low salaries and high salaries. What problems is Hired solving ...

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Hired? I found that it was user-friendly and easy to adapt to. What do you dislike about Hired? I found that the majority of the candidates were the same candidates I was finding on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. I'd like to see it pull from different platforms to see candidates I wasn't seeing on LinkedIn, especially for niche roles to fill. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Niche market candidates in roles that are tough to fill.

Needy Multiplied By Useless

Hired.com is by far the most needy and least productive job-matching service I've ever seen. Despite constant messages that "employers on Hired are looking for people with your skills!" and despite the fact that I have a fairly impressive resume, I never received a SINGLE employer message on the platform. Also fairly annoying is the need to constantly go into your profile and reactivate it, as your visibility to employers is shut down after 10 days of being promoted. This is clearly a ...

Lots of really interesting companies…

Lots of really interesting companies have requested interviews via Hired, in exactly my target position and my preferred company cultures/size/etc. I do wish there were a way to more easily sync my availability from my Google calendar. And some sort of reminder(email or text) that my availability schedule needs updating.
