What do you like best about Hired? Fast responses from candidates and helpful account managers. What do you dislike about Hired? A broader range of candidates would be helpful. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Hired helps with responsive candidates and allows me to spend more time speaking to relevant people compare to other platforms previously used.

What do you like best about Hired? - Ability to filter profiles - Quality of the candidates - Number of available candidates for some of the roles What do you dislike about Hired? - Not too many people for very senior roles - Some of the profiles (like Data Scientist) have less candidates What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? - Hiring young talent - Speed of finding the right candidate

What do you like best about Hired? Real-time, actually available candidates! Marketplace versus passive searching on LinkedIn. Responses from candidates are much more likely because they are motivated. The depth of the profile for the candidates is incredibly useful, ESPECIALLY targeted compensation.
