"High quality candidates"

What do you like best about Hired? Pleasant UI. Easy to navigate around the platform, very self-explanatory. Experience with the CSM's is very good. What do you dislike about Hired? Short supply of candidates in more niche areas of tech like DevOps, Data, etc. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems we are solving; Candidates engaging with our brand and expanding our network, more niche hires. Moving away from the recruitment agency model and high ...

"Easy platform for sourcing passive candidates"

What do you like best about Hired? High hit rate on candidate reach out to actual interviews - pretty reliable way to reach people who are curious about new opportunities but not actively looking. What do you dislike about Hired? Subscription model makes it most valuable if you are hiring a lot. Integration with the ATS isn't great so some duplication of work. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Accessing passive candidates who aren't sending out resumes.

"Hired has been a great platform in finding talent."

What do you like best about Hired? The upsides to HIRED is that the platform is easy to use and the response rate is relatively high. What do you dislike about Hired? I have found that the comp expectations that candidates list on HIRED are way below their actual expectations. I think it would be helpful to include a preference for base vs. equity perhaps or have the talent advisor they are partnered with dig into comp expectations so we have a better picture on what that looks like. What ...

"Great Pool of Technical Talent"

What do you like best about Hired? I really like that Hired is a strong pool of technical talent who are actively seeking new opportunities, and we're able to see what they're looking for in their next role from a compensation and company perspective. Hired also integrates nicely with our ATS, Greenhouse, making scheduling interviews seamless. What do you dislike about Hired? From a location perspective, I would like to see a larger supply of candidates outside of the Bay Area, Seattle, and ...

"Streamlined platform with good integration"

What do you like best about Hired? The pool of candidates is constantly rotating, it helps with variety of choices. The profiles are reviewed and approved by Hired. The process requires to fill in mandatory parts of their profile, so it promotes an actual effort from the candidate side which helps to keep their pool motivated and serious. they have flexible payment plans and a variety of integrations (security, scheduling, etc) . Optional bias reduction is a nice touch as well. What do you ...

"Good resource for senior talent"

What do you like best about Hired? I like that this platform allows me to be proactive in finding candidates. I also really like the "remove bias" toggle. It is a helpful tool to remove as much bias as we can from the hiring process and build a more diverse team. Hired was also one of the few places we found female software engineers. We hired our most recent senior dev from a candidate we found on Hired. What do you dislike about Hired? Some of the UI is a bit confusing. It can be hard to ...

"Talent Acquisition - tech"

What do you like best about Hired? The quality of the candidate is high, UI easy and most candidates are active What do you dislike about Hired? The lack of candidates sometimes is frustrating. Another thing would be a better integration with the user calendar, so that I can see if I am available on the time purposed by the candidate through the platform, rather than check into my calendar What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to source passive ...

"Great, engaged talent"

What do you like best about Hired? I love that Hired has such a high response rate. Candidates are engaged with the product and quick to respond to interview requests. What do you dislike about Hired? I wish you could filter for candidates added within a specific date range. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? My job is to make hires at my company. I find it difficult to weed through hundreds, sometimes thousands, of candidates on other platforms as many are not ...
