What do you like best about Hired? That candidates are automated and provide me exactly what I am looking for. Through their algorithm, I am able to see the candidates align with what I am looking for. In addition, the response rate is pretty high in comparison to traditional platforms. What do you like best about Hired? I like how easy it is to create new searches, change searches, and look for people who just joined Hired so I try to check it every week.
