Easy and straightforward process
Easy and straightforward process, employers' initial contact is through Hired platform and then each employer will have different steps / rounds for the rest of the interview process. At the end Hired is looped about the outcome of the interview process. Zero hassle.

Hired Found Me My Next Job
Hired generated a lot of contacts for me and helped me find what is now my next job. My only complaint is to do a bit more work around finalization of a job instead of asking for things via email.

What do you like best about Hired? Hired's platform is very intuitive and easy to use. They offer great filter options and their candidate base is fairly strong. What do you dislike about Hired? New candidates are added to Hired's platform on a weekly basis. It'd be great if this could be increased to 2-3 times per week. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hired? I like that my team has control over which profiles we engage with and within our own timelines. When working with a third-party recruiter I don't enjoy the constant profiles being shared and the consistent checking in for feedback. What do you like best about Hired? The usability of the platform is a plus, and amount of candidates is pretty good. What do you dislike about Hired? What do you like best about Hired? I love that I get to connect with warm candidates, I dont feel like I am bothering them by reaching out - we are on the platform for the same reason!
