The Interface is responsive and genuinely easy to use. The model of upload your resume and companies will reach out to the candidate is revolutionary. I have spent hundreds of hours digging throughout the available job postings and then applying to not even receive a reply from HR after reviewing my application. Everything is great

Everything is great. The only gripe is setting calendar availability. I wish there was a way I could choose a time range, vs having to click every single 30min time slot.

I like how Hired takes the pressure off of you, it’s almost like Bumble, but for Engineers. You put yourself out there and the company chooses you, and then you get to decide if you like the company before talking to them!

The entire process by which Hired supports job seekers is really helpful. Their initial assessment and acceptance of job seeking candidates is fair. Once accepted, the companies that have reached out to me via Hired are those that I would certainly consider joining. The positions are relevant to my skillset and experience, and the expectations of the hiring officials are in line with my aptitude.
