it was... fine
Process was super impersonal and I was a little disappointed in the results. Still, I was connected to one good lead which was nice, and I didn't feel like I was bombarded with low-quality requests either.

No Notifications of Interview Chat
Overall UX/UI interface is really good! Although when chatting with a recruiter and when they respond back; there is no notification. Every time I have to log in to check if there's any response and due to that there are delays. I would recommend providing an option if a customer wants notification via email and also if they have missed the chat, then provide notification after 'x' hours.

Pouring over irrelevant job listings on…
Pouring over irrelevant job listings on LinkedIn is exhausting and stressful. Then there is the shy kid in me who still has trouble making the first move. Having companies already filtered by tech-stack and having seen enough in my CV to come to me is such a relief. No job search is psychologically painless, but Hired has solved some of the worst parts. Highly recommend.
