What do you like best about Hired? It attracts good technical talent and you typically get a good response rate. What do you dislike about Hired? The platform itself feels a bit dumb. It'd e great to automatically add video links to calendar invites for example. Also as a client it feels like a cattle market raising prices for software engineers before real interest is aligned.
