"Hired makes Recruiting faster and simpler"

What do you like best about Hired? I like knowing that the candidates on the platform are actively looking and interested to receive outreach. What do you dislike about Hired? At times the UI can be tricky, and you have to create specific positions to email candidates. For example, say you see a candidate under a search for an Individual Contributor role, but they're a better fit for a Manager. You need to create a new "job" for a Manager to send them a message with an accurate title, ...

"Good for tech roles, not so much for sales roles"

What do you like best about Hired? I previously used Vettery before it got transitioned into Hired. I like the ease of connection with candidates in their interface. I liked how I could reach out to a wide range of candidates and it was in the right specifications I was looking for. What do you dislike about Hired? "Good not But Could Be Better"

What do you like best about Hired? The site is very organized with great filtering in a given timeframe. What do you dislike about Hired? It doesn't show all available candidates, and just due to the nature of how the job markets work the best candidates are passive and are usually on sites like Hired. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiring, a decent additional pipeline to headhunting.

"Great tool, candidates quality is decent too"

What do you like best about Hired? It's super easy to connect with relatively high quality candidates. I also like that I can share them with my HM and get feedback. What do you dislike about Hired? I'm not a fan of the way the profile is laid out. I'd rather see the resume instead of it being parsed out. I'd also like a clearer understanding of their skills in the snapshot. It seems to be pretty flexible with "years of experience" Recommendations to others considering Hired: This is a ...
