"Great senior engineering talent in London"

What do you like best about Hired? Great for seeing a diverse pool of engineering talent in London. Great product visually; easy to navigate through profiles and set up jobs etc. What do you dislike about Hired? Great for finding individual contributors but much fewer technical managers on there. Recommendations to others considering Hired: Great if you're struggling to find software engineers, it saves a lot of time compared to LinkedIn and money compared to recruitment agencies. Worth ...

"Great for tech roles, slightly harder for adjacent roles like product and data"

What do you like best about Hired? The responsiveness from candidates has been great. What do you dislike about Hired? The candidate availability list, displaying it on a calendar like gcal would be easier to visualise. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? It has been great for finding technical talent, especially don't he front end

"Good source of passive candidates and easy communication"

What do you like best about Hired? Hired has a good pool of passively-looking candidates who might be receptive to your pitch. Because you control who you reach out to, there's not a ton of inbound clutter, and the experience is not as exhausting as a hiring manager. The site is clean and easy to use. They encourage employers to set salary expectations early, which can result in a cleaner conversation with candidates - salary is on the table early, not a late-stage negotiation. What do you ...

"Great tool to build your talent pipeline"

What do you like best about Hired? The platform has a large number of active candidates, and they actually respond! I've spoke to a lot of talented developers that we can move through our pipeline that are qualified. What do you dislike about Hired? There are a lot of big-name companies that use the platform, so you cannot only rely on Hired to fill roles as you have a lot of competition. If you're interested in a developer, you probably have at least 10 companies competing for the same ...

"Great to search for Engineers"

What do you like best about Hired? The site is very user friendly. Lots of detail in each candidate's resume. I like that they show compensation requirements and what tech they're most interested in. What do you dislike about Hired? A lot of candidates are scooped up rather quickly. But no real complaints about the site. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Finding a lot of talented applicants that aren't listed in many other platforms. Hired gives good search criteria.

"Very user intuitive and a good source of candidates"

What do you like best about Hired? How easy it is to use and set up a new role. The candidates are generally well matched up to the job description, and the insights feature is very useful. I also like the suggested jobs feature where it checks our ATS for open roles and suggests that we post those roles on Hired. Support is always on hand if required. What do you dislike about Hired? I found I still got emails about a role even I thought I had closed it. I also feel the way our company has ...

What do you like best about Hired? The daily updates on available candidates. Also the follow-ups. What do you dislike about Hired? Some of the candidate's backgrounds are not always up to date. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having to ask candidate's their salary expectations. Also seeing their recent tech skills scores.

"The Hired Platform is Great!"

What do you like best about Hired? There are many things I like about Hired, but my favorite is the customer service team. They are always quick to help out with questions and hiring filters and hop in when I need assistance with Hiring or what to expect. What do you dislike about Hired? I mostly like everything about Hired, but I do dislike that candidates you shortlist don't show up to your coworker's shortlist. This might be resolved now, but in my experience, that was the only thing I ...
