"Hired has been an incredible resource while growing my engineering team"

What do you like best about Hired? I love the ability to search for candidates based on a variety of criteria cs. them applying to a job posting. The quality of candidates is higher and noise is lower. I also appreciate the salary ask transparency and some of the basic attributes a candidate is looking for to help me filter out candidates that wouldn't fit more quickly. What do you like best about Hired? Hired is very good in specific technology stacks like Devops, Site reliability engineering and software engineering. Easy to use interface. Ability to post postions and Hired comes back with profiles that closely align to what you are looking for.
