"Tap into the Engineering Candidate Pool"
What do you like best about Hired? Candidates are active and likely to respond! It's an excellent platform for connecting with talent. As all candidates are engaged, you see a much greater ROI when looking at requests versus candidates responding to other more passive recruitment platforms. What do you dislike about Hired? A competitive environment with other companies on the platform. Therefore you need to be the first few companies to message, or the candidate will likely already be in ...

Nice platform
It is a nice platform however the calendar and interview links should be more intuitive. For example the phone number or meeting link should be displayed in the calendar and be clickable there. Also it would be great to have a reschedule option on the calendar. Employer picks a time but there could already be other interviews scheduled for that time from outside the app. So you could click on an interview and say reschedule because the slot is no longer available.

"Helpful in finding candidates with diverse backgrounds"
What do you like best about Hired? I like that you can specify keywords that you are looking for and Hired will return your search with unique candidates that I wouldn't have found on my own. I love to see the diversity in company, race and gender. What do you dislike about Hired? I don't like that I have to go through extra steps to validate that my coworkers haven't worked with the candidate. I have to go through their LinkedIn and Greenhouse profiles which is a lot of extra steps What ...

I don't see the actual hiring companies
I don't see the actual companies that are looking for employees. So I don't know if offers are coming from actual valid companies or recruiters. I would like to see the list of companies and departments that are looking for job seekers so that I can validate interview requests somehow. This is also relevant where you have multiple departments in the company so I don't know what I should research beforehand. I also am not inclined to speak to recruiters. I would like to speak to the actual ...

"Makes Sourcing Easier!"
What do you like best about Hired? I love the conscious bias feature to blur out the photos and names of candidates, the salary ask of candidates to help weed out candidates that are not within the range, and I love how it shows candidates who are usually quick to respond, vetted/ verified with certain skills, and overall the great responsiveness between candidates and recruiters. I also love I can source for a variety of roles from developers, to UX designers, to product owners! Also love ...

"Hiring through Hired"
What do you like best about Hired? I think Hired provides high-quality candidates, while also providing a window into what they're looking for out of a role, industry, and salary before I even reach out to them. What do you dislike about Hired? A lot of companies are competing for a small candidate pool What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? It gives much more transparency than Linkedin (ability to see a resume, salary requirements, industry and role interests etc), ...
