Candidates are able to list their skills and conduct assessments to showcase those skills. They are also able to rank list what is most important for them to find so that employers aren't just blindly sending outreach to candidates who have no interest in the company or the product/problem space, company size, etc. Higher hit rate for outreach so you do not have to send ...

What do you dislike about Hired? Soucing - faceted searching could be better. But they have a CS team that can help you devise a search for better results. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? I have found that people are listed as being able to work in the US and this isn't always correct.

What do you like best about Hired? I like being able to source specifically for underrepresented candidates. It's an easy UI to use and the candidates tend to be very responsive even if just to say they aren't interested. What do you dislike about Hired?
