Easy to get setup and start receiving offers
Easy to get setup, even when your resume is out of date. The in-take process is robust enough to communicate your strengths and skill sets from the information collected. After getting my profile fully setup, I have received four offers in under 24 hours. If any friends or family wanted or needed to look for a new job, I would recommend Hired.com as their first stop

not sure about all these positive reviews. My experience is 3 years ago I was looking for a Software Engineering Manager job, did all my paperwork and uploaded my CV to hired. Kept receiving requests for interviews, half of them booked the interview but never called or replied back. Half of the other half who called don't come with any feedback either positive or negative.
