Hired.com is generally a waste of time

A bunch of these 5 stars reviews look fake. Hired.com is only okay if you are currently working as a mid-level or senior level engineer. If you are trying to change professions, if you have been out of work for awhile forget about it. I did 5 of their assessments and scored 97%-100%. My resume has about a 20% hit rate and after 6 weeks on their platform not even a whisper. They even confirmed it in an email to a friend of mine. They only care about the people that can already easily get ...

Efficient and thorough process

Hired gave me tips on maximizing the effectiveness of the different components of my profile. They also kept me informed about how the hiring process was going on their end and got my resume in front of people looking for candidates like me!

Fastest platform to be in contact with Companies

I've never used Hired before but from the time my CV was public, I've been receiving offers and interviews every day and the most important thing is that are align with my requirements.

Not for Remote

Hired apparently only places workers who are willing to relocate to one of 14 cities. I was looking for a Remote position, and my application got rejected.

I Owe My Future to Hired

A company that was acquired by Hired and Hired by itself got me two separate positions in my career. It takes the hassle out of vetting candidates and employers alike. I owe a good portion of my career and my future to Hired.
