Doesnt match leads to skills well
From my perspective in my own personal experience i get a lot of interview requests and leads that have nothing to do with my profile or its a huge stretch that might fit 1 or 2 of my sklls that i had in my resume 8+ years ago and are not currently used

A better way of looking for your next role
Was really impressed with the roles that I was being considered for, how appropriate they were for my skills and experience, and the calibre of employers approaching me. Definitely a better way of looking for your next role than the previous slog of job boards - build it, and they will come.
