Going in the right direction...
I have been using Hired for over a year now, and even though I have not gotten a job through them (I have not been unemployed) my experience using this platform has been very positive. I have had a few interview requests initiated by the employer by just posting at Hired... so, no pre-screening or conversations before speaking with a significant person from the employer.
