Hired makes it easy

I am doing a heavy job search and it takes SO much effort the regular way. With Hired, it is SO much easier! I got two interview requests the same day (and a couple more within a few more days) I started promoting my profile. They are all relevant to my skill set and I am certain I will get at least one offer.

A good platform for finding

Setting up a profile is not too difficult - maybe 20 minutes or so. There are several assessments that you can use to demonstrate your skill level, and they seem to be at a reasonable level of difficulty (not too easy and not too hard). I've done one for software engineering, and the assessments are more appropriate for software engineering than ones found on most other job boards, since it's not just multiple choice, but they also include coding challenges. Great platform to find high-quality jobs! Nice profile setup with all your background and requirements, and in-house assessments to get badges that will help more companies notice you. Got an interview request within the first 24 hours after signing up and had a job offer within 2 weeks from an awesome company! The only downside was there was a bug with the time limit on one of the assessments which prevented me from taking it and 3 weeks later i still have no update from the support team ...

You'll hear from very small start-ups, mostly early-stage companies with less than 200 employees. Great for some people, not what I was looking for.
