As someone exploring the job market Hired.com flips the whole concept of searching for a job on its head - you submit one CV and many companies look over it, messaging you if they think you're a good fit with the requested terms - pain free! Good interface for those employers that use it.

Using the platform was easy and helped organize the interactions with the HR and other interviewers. It would have been much better if a link could be established with other employers not fully integrated into your system. Keep improving it and as you grow your market it will come to pass. Especially if you can do some type of limited engagement with non-customer employers.
