Pretty smooth experience when it works. Can take a while to match for a job opportunity though.

Seems like a useful platform

Seems like a useful platform, providing an effective way to facilitate job searches. I don't see a way to add a general profile message to indicate more specific things you're looking for in a role, however, and I also see standard terms show up in company info, such as "flexible work hours," which you ought to be able to add as preferences on your profile as well.
