The makes job searching enjoyable.

The makes job searching enjoyable. I like that I can augment my profile with programming assessments. Hopefully this increases trust and confidence for the companies that are looking to interview me, and I also hope it reduces the length of the interview process. I also like that I can create my profile once, and then have multiple companies come to me, rather than the other way around. Easy, great experience, slants toward small companies looking to scale.

The process was easy to begin and I felt like the people running Hired had a personal hand in my profile's promotion. I got inquiries from companies right away, and they were all easy to work with. The size of companies we all relatively small, which isn't something I was looking for, but that's not terrible. I ended up finding a class of companies I would not have considered working for before speaking with them. Not all small companies are unstable and not all large companies are stable.
