What do you like best about Hired? I enjoy the search functions and seeing the candidate's expected compensation and salary expectations. It is also helpful to see how many other interviews the candidate has and if they are in final stages. What do you dislike about Hired? I dislike how you can't filter out specific profiles, and the location filters are not the best. For the remote feature, it pulls candidates from all over the world, and you can only pick three specific locations. If you ...

What do you like best about Hired? The ease of being able to create roles, and find candidates is very easy. What do you dislike about Hired? How some locations do not produce enough candidates, and also how some roles Hired may not pull the best fit candidates. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? I realize some roles/locations are great for roles, so I utilize Hired for those roles as I find great candidates.

The makes job searching enjoyable.

The makes job searching enjoyable. I like that I can augment my profile with programming assessments. Hopefully this increases trust and confidence for the companies that are looking to interview me, and I also hope it reduces the length of the interview process. I also like that I can create my profile once, and then have multiple companies come to me, rather than the other way around.
