"Hired is a great way to find already looking candidates"

What do you like best about Hired? Candidates are already active, information is presented clearly, search and recommended candidates works well What do you dislike about Hired? Occasional lagginess / mixed up data in the UI when moving between shortlists and reviewing candidates What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Sourcing for engineers. Its quicker to find interested canidates on hired than Linkedin or other platforms I've used

What do you like best about Hired? The quality of the candidates and the fact they are actively looking. Seeing what other companies are reaching out to a candidate we like. What do you dislike about Hired? The limited spectrum of candidates in certain tech spaces. The bidding war driving up salary expectations for candidates. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Future scaling/growth of our teams.

What do you like best about Hired? I like that the candidate has their calendar available for us immediately. That is the best part of the platform. What do you dislike about Hired? I can't think of much. I wish there were more sectors to choose from, especially for the entertainment arena. VX/FX, AR/VR, Pipeline Director, etc., should be added. "Collaborative alternative to LinkedIn Recruiter with an engaged candidate pool"

What do you like best about Hired? I appreciate that the Hired team helps pool candidates based on our openings. The tool brings an engaged candidate pool, which other competitors dont. What do you dislike about Hired? Candidates are able to tag their profiles with technologies that they may not have proficiency in, which makes the pool look larger than it may be. "Qualified Candidates, Easily"

What do you like best about Hired? Being able to see salary compensation expectations and what the candidate is most skilled in and looking for is the most helpful. Unlike linkedin recruiter I felt it was easier to see who fits the bill without wasting time on a screening call. What do you dislike about Hired? I wish they covered more types of industries/skills. What do you like best about Hired? Responsiveness of candidates, they do an awesome job of removing non-active candidates and the quality of candidate is generally very good.
