"Hired is a tech recruiter's dream!"

What do you like best about Hired? I love how hired is super easy to use to search for tech candidates. It also makes it super easy to reach out to candidates to help fill hard to find roles. Out of the three services I use daily, I will say Hired is the best when it comes to candidate reach. What do you dislike about Hired? I wish we could place a range in the salary box instead of a specific salary. Some positions are based on experience and the salary is within a range decided by the ...

"Hired is a great sourcing tool to use."

What do you like best about Hired? I like the easy use of the tool and the fact that the candidates can respond with their interest in the role (on time) without having to wonder if they will respond. What do you dislike about Hired? The salary section for candidates. From my understanding, I believe Hired will share with candidates what they can make, depending on experience and skills. This can be a challenge at times as we offer pay due to the cost of living and skills required for the ...

"Hired- a helpful tool"

What do you like best about Hired? It gives a good amount of candidates straight to my fingertips. I can review them quickly then reach out. What do you dislike about Hired? Not all candidates that I pick end up responding. But that's the case with any tool or platform. Only one team member is able to do all the outreach. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a helpful addition to getting more candidates for harder to fill roles. The remote relocation candidate ...
