What do you like best about Hired? I like how easy it is to find qualified candidates who are already on the job market so a response is almost guaranteed. What do you dislike about Hired? I would like to see more filters when searching for candidates. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Hired makes it easy to identify candidate's compensation expectations before beginning the interview process, which in turn saves recruiters time.

That I can review resumes of people that are actively looking for opportunities, the response rate is very high, and I can send interview requests within without having to use other tools for that, keeping track of everyone I have reached out to. What do you like best about Hired? The conversation rate is about twice as good as LinkedIn Recruiter, consistently. Candidates are vetted and routinely scrubbed if no longer active. The team is hands on and helpful. What do you dislike about Hired? For niche searches it's harder to find talent. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems with this platform. My pipeline is stocked with candidates I got through Hired. I came from an agency and it was a game changer.
