"Excellent resource for finding top talent"

What do you like best about Hired? Hired is an excellent resource. Candidate information is accurate; my account managers are helpful and available when I need them, and we have a high hire rate from using this tool. What do you dislike about Hired? Hired could use better diversity features. I find the more I filter, the less accurate the product becomes. I would recommend fine-tuning the diversity filters for accuracy. I lean on other tools to find talent in this space. What problems is ...

What do you like best about Hired? The response rate and the engagement of candidates. What do you dislike about Hired? Depending on the role it can be hard to find candidate qualified, for example, niche roles where the talent pool isn't big. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Scalability. It's good to see the fast turnaround time to hire a candidate.

What do you like best about Hired? I find that Hired hosts high-quality, actively-searching candidates and is very easy to sort and filter. The platform highlights individuals' areas of expertise in a way that's easy to view and assess. What do you dislike about Hired? I'm just looking forward to Hired expanding to some additional functional areas! I'd love to see more broad skillsets/candidate pools for niche areas like Salesforce in the future so I can continue using the platform even ...

What do you like best about Hired? How transparent the software is when it comes to finding candidates. They also make it easy to use and communicate within the platform or outside of it. What do you dislike about Hired? Competing with other organizations over candidates. I also think candidates can do a better job at being transparent about their salary. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Hired gives us access to candidates and makes it easy to speak with them.

I invested considerable time creating and optimizing my profile utilizing GPT-4 (other sources), and waited three days for a response. The email I received was courteous, though indicated there were no matching opportunities within the scope of my credentials, or to that effect. Furthermore, my profile will not be visible to potential employers.
