"Valuable Platform, Great Support"
What do you like best about Hired? Their customer support team has been great with answering questions, proactively reaching out, and being there for overall support. The platform itself has been very valuable sourcing qualified candidates for our CS roles What do you dislike about Hired? Nothing at this time... still early in my usage of Hired What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping our team source qualified candidates more efficiently rather than going ...

"Excellent Engineering Talent Platform"
What do you like best about Hired? The great thing about Hired is that all the candidates are active, so with well-thought-out messaging, you can get 60%+ engagement. What do you dislike about Hired? With the market getting tighter and holidays that always happen at the end of the year, I've seen a bit of a drop off in the number of high-quality candidates, specifically on the Backend/Platform side. Given the other sourcing tools we utilize, it seems like this is just a product of the ...

"Hired is my go-to source for candidates"
What do you like best about Hired? The candidates are pre-screened and easy to flip through, meaning that I can more easily find the right folks for my needs. The interface for messaging them is also helpful, although I often transition candidates to email after initial contact. I really like that email, LinkedIn, and candidate profiles are all easily accessible. What do you dislike about Hired? Occasionally, candidates who are still in process with us will be deactivated after some time ...

"Great platform to search for active candidates"
What do you like best about Hired? Seeing the wishlist for a candidate is really helpful to make sure we engage with the candidates that want to work in the industry. Also, I find that uploading calendar availability cuts out wasted time going back and forth. What do you dislike about Hired? The number of clients using hired means that a good candidate can end up with 20+ requests. This can often lead to either a bidding war, delays in the interview process or invitations being ...

"Hired has been integral to the success we've had hiring specialized and experienced engineers"
What do you like best about Hired? the candidates are all actively looking and list what they are looking for in their next role, not to mention there is much more tech info than linkedin What do you dislike about Hired? I wish there were more roles I could look for using this platform... I've had to get creative trying to find a Data Architect and other adjacent roles since it's primarily software engineers What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been ...

"Qualified candidate pool that is easy to navigate."
What do you like best about Hired? Hired has good support from customer success representatives that integrate with our existing communication tools and schedule personal 1:1 meetings to answer questions and come up with unique search tips based on my current reqs. What do you dislike about Hired? Altogether a solid product to make sourcing fast with solid support. I think they could go a bit further with search features and find a niche like DEI to provide the most value. The UI could be ...

I got two interview requests the day…
I got two interview requests the day after my profile went live. The first one was one that I rejected, because it was on-site in Boston and I live in California. Can you make it easier to allow reviewers to recognize that someone is only interested in Remote work (or nearby work). I accepted the second invitation. Can you make your calendar app easier to use? Currently I have to opt-in in 30 minute blocks. I would prefer to opt-out. Because it's so tedious to use your calendar app ...

I am liking this platform of companies…
I am liking this platform of companies reaching out to candidates based on their profile and assessments being conducted. One drawback I see is Hired's online assessment platform for Java is slow. It takes couple of minutes to compile code, if that is be improved it will be excellent.
