"Overall Positive Experience and Outlook"
What do you like best about Hired? I'm a fan of the integration between Hired and our choice ATS, Lever. Once candidates accept an interview request via Hired, they are automatically pushed into my ATS for easy tracking. What do you dislike about Hired? The interface is conducive to reviewing a large number of profiles in one go. However, I have found that I need to run through shortlisting and messaging in a certain order or risk losing my place in the stack of profiles. What problems is ...

"Great Platform for Talent sourcing and engaging"
What do you like best about Hired? I like the user-friendly setup. You don't need to spend much time on learning how to use Hired you can just intuitively jump in and start using it (if you are familiar with LinkedIn sourcing it will be "easy peasy"). We are integrated with Greenhouse and all work smoothly. What do you dislike about Hired? I think it will be great to bring more "remote" focus, or hybrid work setup focus. The hybrid setup will be huge soon and having the possibility to find ...

"Great Tool for Tech Hiring!"
What do you like best about Hired? I love that I can skip some of the more uncomfortable questions you have to ask as a recruiter, and you know early on what things are most attractive to the candidate. I appreciate that you can see exactly what a candidate wants in their next role and find ways to sell them on those aspects of your organization. What do you dislike about Hired? You used to be able to filter people based on their salary ask, and I can't seem to find this feature anymore. ...

"Helpful tool in filling tech roles."
What do you like best about Hired? That applicants are actively looking, and what they are looking for, salary, industry, etc. is listed up front. What do you dislike about Hired? I think that salary asks are inflated. I am not sure what kind of tool Hired provides to applicants, but it seems like candidates' salary asks are above market for a lot of roles. Recommendations to others considering Hired: It would be very helpful to be able to access a billing page with all past invoices and ...
