What do you like best about Hired? I like the user-friendly setup. You don't need to spend much time on learning how to use Hired you can just intuitively jump in and start using it (if you are familiar with LinkedIn sourcing it will be "easy peasy"). I love that I can skip some of the more uncomfortable questions you have to ask as a recruiter, and you know early on what things are most attractive to the candidate. I appreciate that you can see exactly what a candidate wants in their next role and find ways to sell them on those aspects of your organization. What do you dislike about Hired? You used to be able to filter people based on their salary ask, and I can't seem to find this feature anymore. ...
