Just signed up but looks like a good…

Just signed up but looks like a good website where you don't get bombarded by recruitment agents and you don't end up wasting time by speaking to them about your skills, which are clearly written in your CV

This is not necessarily a criticism of Hired.com

This is not necessarily a criticism of Hired.com directly however this has been my experience. Each time I get an interview request, I respond immediately and then never hear back from the potential interviewer/company. It would be nice if Hired had some mechanism that would prevent recruiters be they internal or external from doing this.

I reported several broken tests and received no response from Hired.com. I know others have reported broken tests as well and also were ignored. Now I could understand one broken test, but the number of confirmed false negatives on the "assessments" makes this ...

"Fantastic product and fantastic candidates"

What do you like best about Hired? Hired has a high bar for the candidates they bring onto the platform. Across all of our sourcing activities, the candidates we source with Hired are consistently some of the highest quality. I also really appreciate the standardized fields and level of detail included in candidate profiles. It makes it SO much easier to scan candidates quickly and filter for what we're actually looking for. Saves us a ton of time! What do you dislike about Hired? I wish it ...
