What do you like best about Hired? Hired is an excellent resource. Candidate information is accurate; my account managers are helpful and available when I need them, and we have a high hire rate from using this tool. What do you dislike about Hired? Hired could use better diversity features. I find the more I filter, the less accurate the product becomes. I would recommend fine-tuning the diversity filters for accuracy. I lean on other tools to find talent in this space. What problems is ...

They check in with us regularly and make sure that we use the platform to its full potential. What do you dislike about Hired? There isn't really anything to dislike about the platform. Depending on the role it can be hard to find candidate qualified, for example, niche roles where the talent pool isn't big. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Scalability. It's good to see the fast turnaround time to hire a candidate.
