What do you like best about Hired? I really enjoy the added verifications that you can use to understand what qualifications someone has. What do you dislike about Hired? We so far have only seen success in hiring engineering candidates, vs any other department. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiring engineering candidates and getting access to more candidates than through just Greenhouse alone.

The process is painless, I really like the UI and their approach. Rather than us looking for roles and applying to each of them which can sometimes be an irritating task, they come to us and let us schedule for an interview.
