The idea of Hired is good

The idea of Hired is good. While I have never had a successful hit from the service it is nice to have potential employer reach out to me that have not responded when I reach out to them.

Things I like about Hired: I get to talk directly to companies...no third-parties Things to improve: I want to be able to declare the level of work-life balance I require. e.g. If I am strictly 40 hours/week, I don't want startups contacting me. Require employers to be more explicit about the hiring process. People are becoming more selective about what they will tolerate in interview processes

I have never seen job websites like Hired. User-friendly design is very attractive. Fast communication with employers on Hired. Can have a big chance to be hired. Can communicate directly with Supervisors.
