Initial Thoughts

Started using Hired_ this week. I like the concept of employers contacting you if they are interested. Setup process is easy and doesn't take long to get your first employer interview.

As good as the companies that use it

I appreciate that Hired puts the onus on companies to contact applicants (sort of like Bumble for job hunting) but often the positions companies reach out about are poor fits.

Fast interviews invites

Very good. In less than one hour after singing up I received 4 interviews invite.

I am still new and finding my way…

I am still new and finding my way around leveraging Hired. Based on limited usage, I would take a neutral position as of now.

Very nice platform. Everything is well thought of. I really like the Calendar addition which helps the recruiters know about my availabilities.

Super Fast Recruiting Process

I uploaded my resume and within a week I received recruiter info asking for interviews. This works so fast and I'm not starting at my new position next week.
