Will not be using going forward

Contacted for multiple interviews, some unrelated, others the interview was arranged and sent for midnight British time... then I was completely stood up by the company, appalling. Will not be using hired again - they send a tonne of emails and don't allow you to accept or reject interview offers straight from your email without signing in

Mismatched interview requests

I signed up for Hired a day or two ago. So far I've gotten 4 requests for interviews, but all of them were mismatched to the info I put on my profile. I'm a programmer, 100% remote for 9 years now. I listed my location as remote, the Elixir programming language as a "must have" and Casinos & Gaming as a "do not want". The first three interview requests were two from places that use languages I don't know and one that does betting. The fourth one was a hybrid office/remote in another state ...

I like the quality and follow through of potential employers. Plus, because you can set your rate in advance, potential employers already know what you are expecting before reaching out to you so it works well.
