Good way to get interviews but...
I had three interview offers over two weeks. My concern is that candidates should be on the system longer than an initial two weeks, as there might be employers that are not looking for a particular candidate in that time slot. When the candidates details have been removed, there might be an employer that starts looking for that type of candidate, but the time frame for them starting to look has not synced with the time frame when the candidate's profile was visible on Hired. Does exactly what it says on the tin
Does exactly what it says on the tin. I set up a profile which was painless, then got contacted by a representative that is there to help and then just watch the companies roll the interviews in. Minimal work and an interesting approach to finding a new job.

This is really good system and works …
This is really good system and works well but it's difficult to find the position of a contact person's company. Some company just describes the company information. I have to google to find the position which the contact person is mentioning.
