Useful for jobseeker

Pros: - A Talent Advocate will be assigned to you and assist you along the way - Approached by companies within a few days, and eventually interview scheduled - Nice and clean website Cons: - An Android app would be awesome

Hired is better than the companies on it.

The talent advocates and people on Hired's side are wonderful, and a fantastic aid to the interviewing process. Companies are often slow to respond and require continual prodding by both candidates and Hired. It's nice that the platform forces companies to treat candidates like human beings, although it would be nicer if they would do it from the start.

So far so good with Hired

So far so good with Hired. I have not gone very far in interviews so it is difficult to say how the rest of the process through Hired will go.

Awesome experience across the board

Awesome experience across the board. The site is very professionally built, congrats Hired engineers! And finally, my assigned talent advocate was extremely helpful and gentle and I have nothing more to say than a big thank you!

Good way to get interviews but...

I had three interview offers over two weeks. My concern is that candidates should be on the system longer than an initial two weeks, as there might be employers that are not looking for a particular candidate in that time slot. When the candidates details have been removed, there might be an employer that starts looking for that type of candidate, but the time frame for them starting to look has not synced with the time frame when the candidate's profile was visible on Hired. My suggestion ...
