Virtual Job Fair!
Using Hired.com to find your next tech job is definitely the way to go. It's almost like a virtual job fair, except that companies are coming up to you to request an interview. The process itself moves quickly and it's nice to be in touch with companies rather than sending your Resume into a standard job application site only to sometimes hear back weeks later.

Good if you live in the GTA
Good if you live in the GTA, but maybe not so much if you live outside. I haven't used this style of employee profile website, so I don't know if the time it took for companies to look at my profile or respond to me are average or not. Overall, I've had a good experience so far, but not as many jobs in my area looking to hire through their service as I thought.

Clean design
Clean design, great concept. Sometimes email links lead to nowhere, and this is frustrating, but otherwise platform is great.
