Not Easy to See What's Being Shared
It's not easy for me to see what kind of information was shared about my candidate profile with the hiring managers or recruiters who were contacting me. Also, the Talent Advocate assigned to assist me is non-responsive. She does not reply to emails nor does she seem engaged.

Hired surprised me
I thought it was just another company that said they would send your resume to multiple companies looking for a good fit, but never get back to you. Turns out I was wrong, within the first 3 weeks using hired, I have already started the interview process with 3 different companies. So I'm pretty happy with the product.

So far, no complaints!
So far, the Hired platform is working seamlessly for me. No complaints! I'm in the early stages of looking for a job, but I've been able to get in contact with recruiters from companies I may not have otherwise considered.
