It seems like the companies are reaching out for roles that aren't perfect fits. This may point to a lack of companies on the platform. Also the roles should really come with a salary range the company is open to; candidates should not have to specify a minimum salary expectation. Some assessments could be included on a platform like this to help candidates stand out / help match best fit.

I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the opportunities that are out there. In this fast moving tech world, it's a great resource for me because I'm only contacted by companies that are interested in me and my specific tech stacks/skills. I don't have to deal with multiple agencies or speak with several recruiters, all of which are often pitching the same job.

Very easy process of finding the job …

Very easy process of finding the job and communicating with the interviewer. It would be nice not to have to send all the documents for claiming bonus but i can understand why that is required.

I like the platform and what it stands for. Great user experience.

I like the platform and the transparency it brings, primarily for the candidates (selfishly speaking!). It's a simple process and I felt like it was intuitive to understand how to fill out your profile. I like how it's not too heavy handed in terms of guidance. It sets the perfect balance of being available to candidates when wanted / needed and gentle nudging to complete specific steps.

A very good service

A very good service, with quickly tangible results. The service is very good and it seems like there are serious companies and candidates on this platform... I would give it 5 if it had an android app. I don't have an iPhone and so I have to either go with the mobile site and/or the desktop website
