Hired Reviews in June 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Just more untargeted recruiter spam.

Advertised "You will see total compensation packages upfront." This is a lie, it is only base salary. No ability to restrict on level of the position, meaning I'm getting a bunch of offers way below my expectations. No ability to filter based on company size or funding status. In response to the reply: Those are management levels and do not apply to ICs. Even then, they are not hard restrictions and don't stop recruiters from sending me offers. What do you like best about Hired? I do like the talent pool that hired provides... we have been able to make several hires through their channels this year. The UI and Salary expectations help with filtering and finding the right fit and people that are ready to move into a new role. What do you dislike about Hired? Worked for me

I put my resume in and within the same day I received a request to interview. Then I went through the rest of the interviews and got an offer. Within the span of a week that I was active on Hired I received two interview requests (two different companies). edit: I want to add I'm self-taught so I imagine if you have a degree you'd have more opportunity than me.
