  • Salary transparency lets recruiters know expectations upfront and avoid wasted time.

  • The platform is easy to use, with helpful filtering and sorting of candidates.

Great staff and even better results

I'm a mid-level Software Engineer and I've got 7 requests in 2 days! The staff from Hired is also incredibly nice and useful, and the site delivers a solid functionality.

Expressing Gratitude

The process is so smooth. They cater to your needs and they provide you with so many tips and hints to get a job. They contact you and have talent advocates to help guide you and prevent you from getting lost in the process. They make you feel like a person.

Hired has been a helpful experience

Hired has been a helpful experience for getting lots of chats with companies but imo not a good way to provide feedback to us from the interviewers. Would like a feedback system that would be a more elaborate that just being told "you need a little more experience"

It is a good process all in all.

I like the idea and it all works fairly well as well.

Technology is cool

Employers I'd never find myself find me. What's bad about that?

Interesting take on a traditional process. Impressed with the number of interviews I got starting from day one.

Hired quickly made connections between …

Hired quickly made connections between myself and several companies with little or no effort in conjunction with traditional job search. These companies were clearly looking to hire with positions in mind rather than an unfocused search would normally fit. This was better than I could hope for while still actively working.

Multiple Interviews Thanks To Hired

Within the first day or two of Hired sharing my profile, I got contacted by multiple recruiters and companies for interviews. Definitely better results than I got trying to apply to companies directly, and learned about a lot of opportunities I never knew existed.
