In Hired.com, you do not interview candidate, candidate interview YOU!
I like hired because i am not just being interviewed, I am interviewing the companies as well. I don't have to take the first opportunity I can get even when it is not going to treat me well.

Hired is an awesome way to apply for jobs. It removes the antiquated process of mindlessly writing CVs and applying to jobs that were posted a month ago that may not even be available anymore. One thing that I would love to see from Hired would be more focus on contract and remote work.
