Good app, needs more industries
Hired seems pretty good. I think my only criticism would be for some of the people I’ve referred who are definitely good and capable people but have been turned down by the process. My wife signed up with a referral and didn’t get past the first page. Her focus is HR and there was an option for People Ops. But even with her extensive experience she was shut out on the first page. Then she was opted in to Zip Recruiter which she doesn’t feel is that good of a match for HR placement. If you ...

Hired.com is terrible.
Hired.com representatives harassed me, discriminated against me, and lied to me and about me. I will be filing a discrimination complaint in my state.

Great service
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with hired.com. I found the entire process very simple and helpful. In particular I really appreciated the individual attention I got from Lesile including a willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and I had someone I could discuss the job hunt with. I would recommend hired.com to anyone looking for a new career

Great service
I think Hired is fantastic service. The interface is easy to use and I enjoy having direct communication with talent management vs. going through an agency/multiple agencies to get into the hiring pipeline. If a company passes you
If a company passes you, a reason could be good like Not a fit/match/skillset. For e.g. if salary is not fit, displaying that option would be good idea.

Worth it!
In my short experience with Hired I can tell that I got an above average response from potential employers than anywhere else. It's very difficult to get employers to even look at your details and/or portfolio, but with Hired seems to be slightly easier! So I'd definitively recommend it!
