Hired is a great platform that provides a unique experience. Instead of the usual process of applying to positions for companies you are not sure if you are a good fit to, companies are asking you to interview. It's a much more pleasant experience as well as it gives you more confidence when you are asked for interviews, instead of getting rejected all the time when you apply yourself.
