Great UI, smooth process, pretty pushy with the marketing stuff.
The UI in best-in-class for recruiting software. I'm still early in the process, but on my first day of being a candidate I received 3 interview offers, one of which I'm very excited about. I can't rate the actual success of getting a job yet, but based on those factors they're a 5 star. They lose 1 star for their CONSTANT barrage of marketing stuff (refer a friend, share this page on social media, even taking this survey for them). They have shown my profile to my to my current employer... need I say more.
They have shown my profile to my current employer as their blocking functionality is not functional beyond exact string matches. Not acceptable... Users beware and do check who has seen your profile, it'll explain odd things happening at work...

Great experience!
The Hired experience has been great so far - the fact that there is a Talent Advocate (i.e. a human) available to assist with any onboarding or profile issues is a huge plus. The interview requests and calendar management are pretty slick, I'd love to see a feature that allows you to open up or block off an entire day for interviews.
