Hired is the best recruiting org I have come across so far. You just need couple of minutes to update your profile and then the rest happens on it's own. You profile is visible to renowned companies and the process from interview to getting hired is very transparent. You get free counseling to boost your chances and the cherry on the cake is, You get joining and referral bonus too! So what are you waiting for!!

Very good so far(in a week)

I updated my resume/profile in Hired. In couple of days I received email from Hired mentioning my profile will be promoted and I will start getting interview requests. Its been a week so far. I have few recruiters contacted me. So far good. I highly recommend using Hired for any experience level.

Human touch

I didn't use much hired, cause not long after start using hired, I found a new job. But for what I experienced so far, I like it a lot. Real human touch in a lot aspects, I like the coaching, tips, demanding alert. I did get an interview request from a company unfortunately I didn't go throw the process since I've already signed by another company.
