Hired is fantastic. This really changes the game when you're looking for a new opportunity. Instead of having to run around and apply to a bunch of places, filling out custom application forms and writing cover letters, Hired.com has the opportunities come to you. I'm blown away. I've gotten 7 requests for interviews in less than 24 hours.

Hired is great! It has more advantage than other recruit services.

Hired is More of a curtained view for Candidates where candidates can't see on other side of curtain

Only good thing about Hired is you get interview request from some companies. But there is no use of talent advocate ( atleast i have not seen any benefit upfront in my case). Also the format of Hired is weird b'cos candidates have no visibility about which companies have openings and which companies are looking for a candidates at what level. Candidates simply login and wait for some company to pop up on their "new" request list.
