Quick and easy. While theyre starting out the vetting seems to be done manually. Seems like you get a person dedicated to your account. If the company expands theyll need to automate that away.

Easy setup and management of your profile.

I did not expect much from Hired.com …

I did not expect much from Hired.com but was I wrong. I was sending resumes and applying online through Glassdoor, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn and directly to companies for about six weeks with no effect what so ever. The first week I have enabled my profile at Hired.com I've got 3 interview requests (2 of them from the companies I have applied before by other means) and the next week one more. I did not use all the services provided to applicants by Hired.com yet but sure will do when I need ...
