Empowering experience

I love the idea that employers contact you rather than you contacting employers. It makes you feel so much more appreciated and empowered. In the end, I ended up getting more interviews through Hired than through sending my resume alone, and eventually I got an offer which I accepted through Hired. I highly recommend this! It feels so much better than constantly getting no responses from employers using the traditional way of job hunting!

Hired's site has a comfortable and informative user experience, but I have yet to receive an offer.

After making good progress with my job …

After making good progress with my job search, the Hired associate who was helping me was no longer available to work with me. They had to have someone else help me. I did not feel like starting over.

Easy to get set up and going

Easy to get set up and going, a lot of information at your fingertips. Once you're done, you submit your profile and I was getting interview requests within an hour (this might be area dependent, but I was pleased.)
